Materials and Logistics
The Material Support Department provides strategic and logistics support to our business units to ensure their production continuity.  It is the core of our supply chain management responsible for procurement, transportation and strategic stocks of Cement and Aggregate.

Raw materials are the core of concrete industry and their availability at production premise is challenging job because production requires huge quantities of these raw materials. We manage these challenges with strategic plan which involve forecasting, planning, procurement, storage and transportation.

Our Material Support equipped with modern fleet of 73 tippers, 55 Cement bulker, 20 loaders, 6 cranes, 6 weighbridges with 200 staff members to serve the need of our ready mix, finished concrete product division and external customers.  These fleets are managed by professional fleet operators on 24/7 duty.  We have approximately 200,000 tons of storage facility in Umsaeed area .
