Corporate Governance

The Corporate Governance is responsible to improve KCIC quality, to set high performance targets and to strengthen cost positions while bringing accountability to the organization, more innovative approach to operating and managing practices and accelerating culture change by making the organization look out- ward rather than in-ward.

In general Corporate Governance is the system by which companies like KCIC are directed and controlled. Its values for KCIC and its business partners are transparency, accountability, fairness and responsibility.

The Corporate Governance department creates standard operating procedures for each KCIC division, provides guidance on where KCIC needs to go from here and empowers KCIC-staff with tools to do their work the efficient way. In terms of control the Corporate Governance Department has to make everyone in the company accountable for their work, create a transparent company, make KCIC-staff become more responsible for their actions and provide an audit trail of all transactions in the company.
